Beth will cover the basics of using Ancestry DNA results to understand your ethnicity, create a DNA tree, sort and triangulate matches to identify unknown relatives. An example is used to demonstrate this process.

Beth has been a Professional Genealogist specializing in DNA since 2016, with an emphasis on Adoption and Unknown Family Lineage cases. She is President of Moreno Valley Genealogical Society, member of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG), International Society of Genetic Genealogy (ISOGG), National Genealogical Society (NGS), Southern California Genealogical Society (SCGS), among many other societies. Beth recently completed the “Fundamentals of Forensic Genealogy” course at the Texas Institute of Genealogical Research (TIGR).
